All the airline refunds or future credits are depending upon each airline's fare rules, policies and procedures
Service fees displayed on the payment page will be in your local currency.
Different passenger type = Adult, child, senior, infant, student, military.
Service fees levied by us on all any changes, refunds, cancellations and future credits is charged on a per passenger, per ticket basis only.
Similar to our transaction service fees aka booking fees, all the service fees levied on post-ticketing are non-refundable. These are subjected to change without any prior notice. Our fees is an additional charge added to any of the airline's and/or supplier's fees/ charges.
The taxes and fees which are imposed by the governemt are also subjected to change. You will be charged the final amount which has been displayed/ quoted to you by our agent.
(1) Most of the airline tickets on our website are non-refundable. Refund is only available to you if our Travel Suppliers’ fare rules allow cancellation and refunds. This also means that we (faretrolley) have accepted your request for refund. A 'no show' booking is considered in-eligible for waivers from suppliers for any kind of refund, only if we are able to secure waiver from a travel supplier to process a requested cancellation/ refund, we will provide you with a refund.
(2) Most of the airline tickets booked with us are non-refundable. Refunds/Future credits by the airline are subjected to the mentioned airline fare rules and their procedure.
(3) Special Services - All Special Services are to be considered a request ONLY. Every special request made is under subject to availability and depends upon airline's review and approval process with their rules and procedure. Special Service Fees is charged if the service(s) is provided and will be refunded in case the airline denies the request.
Name Misspelling - Passenger's name on the ticket does not match their passport or any other document/ ID which is accepted universally issues by the government
Visa/Passport A letter of denial of Visa/Passport is required to process a refund request
Baggage - you must retain all the receipts and baggage tags for your misplaced baggage claim
No-Show - You must have a documentation that suggests on why you were unable reach the scheduled departure time/ destination
Denied Boarding - A document is issues as to why you were denied boarding on your scheduled departure/ flight
Duplicate Tickets - You must carry a copy of all tickets that shows the same itinerary that you have booked with us for us to process a refund request
