Faretrolley [mobile, desktop or applications], or any other feature on the Faretrolley platform (collectively called as our “Website”) is designed to be user-friendly, informational and secure. Our Website is intended at assisting the customers to collect travel information – finding the availability of travel-related services, making bookings or transacting business with travel suppliers listed on our website. Our website is not intended for personal and non-commercial use. The terms we, us, our, and “Faretrolley” refer to Faretrolley. You or your hereby refers to you - the user of Faretrolley.

Our Website is presented to you based on the condition that you have accepted without any modification of all the terms, conditions, and notices mentioned-below (collectively, the 'Terms' or 'Agreement'). This Agreement describes the terms and conditions which apply to the services that are made available through our Website and details your responsibilities as the user, thereby limiting the liability of Faretrolley and our third-party suppliers or providers. These include, without any limitations, the airlines, rental car companies, hotels or other suppliers that provide any kind of service via our Website (such third party providers are referred to as the 'Travel Service Providers'). You are required to please read these Terms & Conditions thoroughly, as they contain important information regarding the bookings made by you. You are also required to go through our Privacy Policy, which also states your use of our Website, and is incorporated by reference in this Agreement. By using our Website, booking any kind of travel products or services on our Website, or by getting in contact with our call center agents, you agree that the terms mentioned in this agreement shall apply to you. If you do not agree to the Terms, we request you to not use or make any Bookings with us or with our travel agents.

Faretrolley also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or amend this Agreement at any time by posting the new Terms on this page. We highly recommend that you must review this webpage periodically. The changed Terms will be effective from and after the date that they have been posted our Website.

Our Website aims at providing services primarily to the residents of the USA and Canada. This Agreement is applicable to use of the Website or Services and Bookings made from any of the aforementioned regions. We determine your location through your IP address and if you are located anywhere in these regions, the written terms and conditions apply to you.

BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU ARE HEREBY AGREEING TO THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER MENTIONED BELOW.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

Please check the required conditions of your use of our Website, call center agents, and other products and service provided by Faretrolley (together mentioned as “Services”), you guarantee that:

  • You are at least 18 years (or above);
  • You have legally obtained the authority or permission to engage in a legally binding contract with us;
  • You will use Faretrolley as per the terms mentioned in this Agreement;
  • You will use the Services of Faretrolley to only make authentic Bookings for you or for a person concerned on whose behalf you are authorized to act on legal-basis;
  • You hereby are liable to make sure that if you are acting on behalf of any such person, he/ she has full information regarding the Terms & Conditions which are applicable to the Bookings you make on their behalf, including all the rules and restrictions applicable thereto;
  • All the information which is provided by you to book the Services is current, right, true, accurate and complete;

If you have an account on Faretrolley.com, you are entitled to safeguard your account information and our team will supervise to ensure the complete responsibility of right use of your account by you and nobody else.

Faretrolley holds the right, at our own discretion, to deny any individual the access to any one of the Services that are offered by us, at any given point of time and for any reason which is considered valid, including, but not limited to any kind of violation of terms of this Agreement.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

You hereby, agree that we will be given an opportunity to resolve a dispute that may arise or any kind of claims that relate in any way to Faretrolley, when you deal with our customer service agents, any kind of service or product that is provided, any representation that we make, or Privacy Policy by contacting Faretrolley Customer Support at 1-631-272-1551 or sending us an email on support@faretrolley.com. If our team is unsuccessful at resolving your Claims within a time span of 60-days, you can seek redressal through arbitration as set forth below:

GOVERNING LAW; SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION

The mentioned Terms & Conditions and the rights of the third parties and Faretrolley here-under are taken up under the governing laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Unless the decided claim is specified otherwise, or mutually agreed by both the parties (in writing) or as described in the Mandatory Arbitration provision below, you as a user of Faretrolley have given us the consent to undergo the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey in case of any action that may arise in connection to the given Terms and Conditions. Unless mentioned otherwise or is prohibited by any of the applicable laws, it is compulsory to bring any Claim to our notice within 6 months from the booking date or date if the claim is registered.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION

The Claims mentioned will be resolved via binding arbitration initiated through the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Apart from that, you should assert Claims on the individual basis in a small claims court [located in New Jersey County, New Jersey]. If the claims asserted by you qualify according to the rules, they are stated by the small claims court. This includes the Claims that you state against Faretrolley, any of our subsidiaries or our affiliates. It also includes the linked Travel Service Providers or the companies linked to us offering you the services via us. This also includes any of the Claims that arise before you have accepted these Terms & Conditions, even though prior versions of the Terms require any kind of changes or adjustment.

Please Note: Faretrolley is eligible to any Claims asserted against you at the small claims court.

No judge exists in any agreement or the court for review of a particular agreement. However, as a user of Faretrolley, you can be the arbiter to award an individual similar/ same damages or relief (including statutory damages, attorney’s fees, and costs) that a court follows to enforce these Terms.

You may choose to have an arbitration to be conducted over the telephone or have your physical presence in the state where you live or where our head office is based out or any other mutually agreed upon location.

To initiate the process, you are required to send a letter to request the arbitration which is describing your Claims to our legal Claim Manager. If we request for arbitration against you, we will provide you with a notice/ information at the email address provided by you. You must go through the AAA's instructions available at www.adr.org or reach out to them on 1-800-778-7879.

Any proceedings that aim at resolving the Claims will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class action or a consolidated action. If for any particular reason a Claim proceeds in the court instead of in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.

All the Claims that you bring against Faretrolley must be resolved by Resolution of Disputes. All Claims filed or brought to us which are not done as per this Resolution of Disputes section are to be considered inadequately filed or void.

TRAVEL INFORMATION - GENERAL

Faretrolley gives you detailed information related to your travel plans, itinerary, and applicable Terms while booking. The information also contains all the details regarding vacation destinations, affordable tour packages, and airfares, flight schedule, and travel insurance.

The written information provided to us through a third-party service provider including airlines, hotels, tour operators and other providers. Faretrolley has taken every step to ensure the information we send across to you is accurate and up-to-date. However, if it is not the case, we hold no responsibility for this information and, hence cannot be held liable for any inaccuracy. Moreover, you are required to understand the information on our website is subject to change without any prior notice. Also, all the offered products and services mentioned on our website are subject to availability.

As a traveler of Faretrolley, you agree that you understand the applicable legal needs, which includes passport, visa, and health documents are needed for us to make your reservation/ bookings. We are a service provider and are eligible to assist you in this regard, via our desktop or mobile website and customer support. The final responsibility to get this information correct and to carry the required documents remains solely on you (the customer).

For any other terms and conditions which apply to all the bookings and purchase of travel-related services that you avail on Faretrolley. Please read the additional terms & conditions carefully. If an airline reservation is made via Faretrolley, please make sure that you go through the terms and conditions of the carrier airline (to be found on their particular website). As per the requirement, you hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned by the supplier. Airfare is considered guaranteed only after you have made the purchase/ the transaction has been completed and the tickets have been issued from the supplier's end shared by us with you. Airlines and any other travel supplier may change their prices without giving us/ you prior notice and the same is not dependent on us. We as an agency reserve all the rights to cancel the bookings made by you if we do not receive the full payment as per the allocated dates.

If the itinerary of your flight includes a flight which is operated by more than one airline, please go through the airline’s terms and conditions. You can find these at the airline’s website. Every airline has its own set rules and restrictions on their fees. If your flight is by affected by a change made by the airline (cancellation or rescheduling) that results in changes to your other flight, you are considered responsible and hence have to bear the cost of fees or ticket that you buy to make the changes on the unaffected flight. In such a case, airlines charge their fees sometimes for changes, refunds, or if any exchanges are required from your end as a customer. You are required to comply with airline's terms which may differ airline to airline. You must carry outbound and return e-ticket's confirmation mail for all the flights before traveling. You may be required to show the proof of your return ticket at check-in. Faretrolley offers and recommends to all its customers the opportunity to book a combination of two one—way tickets instead of purchasing one round-trip ticket.

We do so because a combination of one-way tickets provides you with a greater choice of flights, which are usually cheaper and if they are on the same airline as compared to different airlines. However, you must note that the round trip tickets are unlike one-way ticket. They are subjected to their own set of rules, restrictions, and fees. If there is a change in the first flight that results in a delay in the other flights, then you as a customer will have to deem the charges levied and as a company, Faretrolley holds no liabilities for the same.

For some of the low-cost carriers, the fare has been converted from a different/ currency to USD to make it more convenient for you. The fare that you pay to us is an estimated value of the ticket purchased in the local currency. Due to this, there might be an off-chance that while you make a booking, the amount that you are paying via your credit card may be slightly variated due to currency fluctuation.

On receiving the tickets, you may also have to bear extra applicable fee from your credit card issuer as a result of the transaction made by you in a different currency and country or due to any other kind of applicable taxes for making an international purchase levied by the bank.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS – Terms & Conditions

All the photos and information provided on the website regarding the hotel, its amenities, and products are displayed on Faretrolley as shared by the supplier. Faretrolley holds no responsibility for any kind of changes that we do not make as a result of no updates provided by the supplier.

Any specific features including the type of bed, smoking, or non-smoking rooms are request-based and cannot be guaranteed unless the hotel specifies otherwise. Most of the hotels to serve the customer better will honor the request; however, neither Faretrolley nor the hotel can guarantee that your request will be guaranteed.

Some offered fares require special membership including Corporate, Government, AAA, or ARP. These offered rates will require you to be present during the check-in time and prove your eligibility for these offered rates. Hotels are not under any obligation to honor these special rates if you are not able to qualify for the same or if you do not have the right identification details that confirm your eligibility.

Faretrolley or the hotel will not issue any refunds for the unused room nights as a result of an early check-out.

Airport Shuttle is offered by some hotels as an additional service. To avail the same, you should reach out to the hotel before check-in and confirm its price along with availability.

Some hotels offer Booking Bonus that includes services like free breakfast, tours, and more. However, these bonuses are subject to availability and are directly under the control of the hotel (and not Faretrolley).

PET POLICY

You are required to directly confirm with the hotel whether they do allow pets on their property or not. We, at Faretrolley, accept no responsibility for the hotel's pet policy including their fee and pet restrictions. The policies may vary depending upon the breed and size of the pet too.

PRE-PAID RESERVATIONS

Any kind of pre-paid reservations is charged on your credit card directly at the time of booking. The prepaid charge is inclusive of the full base amount of the reservation of the room only. This is separate from resort fee, energy surcharge, and a cleaning fee which may be applied daily. You will also be charged on incidentals including meals, movies, bars, games, parking, and phone calls. The rates are guaranteed only at the time of booking.

PRE-PAID BOOKING VOUCHERS

Certain hotels ask for a voucher at the time of check-in. Faretrolley will provide the voucher to you on the details that you have provided to us when the booking was made. We recommend that you carry must have the email confirmation email with you during check-in.

MEALS

Your meal arrangement is the one as you would have selected during booking for your hotel stay. For instance, you selected a hotel that serves you with all your meals and the same has been included in the price you paid at the time of booking. Or there may be an option where you have selected an apartment that gives the option to cook yourself or arrange your meals. Meals have the following abbreviations:

RO (aka Room Only): This means that there will be no meals included in the price that you have paid for the accommodation.

SC (aka Self-Catering): This implies that there are no meals included in the booking amount paid by you. However, you are given the option to do self-catering and cook light meals for yourself.

B&B (aka Bed & Breakfast): This facility means that your breakfast is included in the price booking price paid by you.

HB (aka Half Board): This means that your breakfast along with the evening meal is included in the booking amount paid by you for your accommodation. In this scenario, you can choose to opt for lunch replacing the breakfast. However, the hotel confirms the availability of the same upon your arrival.

FB (aka Full Board): This means that the breakfast, lunch, and evening meals will be served in the booking amount paid by you for your accommodation.

AI (aka All-Inclusive): This means all the meals and every locally produced drink are included in the package. Under this policy, you can avail of the entertainment facilities and some non-motorized water sports offered by your hotel.

Any request to change or cancel the booking should be raised to us by calling our customer service number.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A No-Show is considered at a time when you fail to show up at the check-in desk without any prior notice. If you do not check-in for the reservation made by you, you are required to contact us and we will further contact the hotel to check their policies. After we contact the hotel, it's up to their discretion to charge any penalties or cancel your reservation and forfeit your deposit amount and we will convey the same to you.

HOTEL CONFIRMATION

Usually, hotels may take up to 24-hours to issue your hotel vouchers or confirmation number. The booking process starts after you complete your booking on Faretrolley. After receiving a confirmation from the hotel, we will share the reservation confirmation details with you. This will contain a booking reference and this email confirms that we have received your booking request. In case you do not receive an email from us, please call and inform our support team or send us an email on support@faretrolley.com. Additionally, we suggest that you reach out to the hotel and reconfirm your hotel reservation 24 hours before check-in.

In most of the cases, the hotel does not receive the name of the guest before 72-hours of check-in time. However, your reservation is secured and guaranteed after you receive our final confirmation email that has your booking voucher. We recommend that you reach out to the hotel desk within 3 days of arrival schedule and confirm the details.

HOTEL CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Any changes or cancellations should be requested by calling Faretrolley customer service number.

We understand that sometimes plans change. In such a scenario, if you need a cancellation or change, we have listed below some policies:

  • In case of high-demand or peak season time like during the Super Bowl or Olympics or festive time like during New Years or Christmas the policies of various properties often change and you must check directly with the hotel regarding their new policies and its details.
  • Your cancellation request or modifications are subject to availability. Additionally, the cancellation fee of Faretrolley is also levied added to the property charges.
  • Any kind of date changes, reducing the number of rooms, or amendments in your booking is subject to fee based on hotel policies and Faretrolley service fee.
  • No property will issue credits in case there are unused rooms or nights that are made due to early departure.
  • In case you need an extension with your stay, you will have to seek a new reservation. With the new reservation, we cannot guarantee the original booking rate.
  • Any kind of refunds that are issued for early departure or no-shows are dependent on Faretrolley and hotel supplier’s discretion.
  • Faretrolley reserves the right to be covered by you against all the loss or any costs and damage charges, and expenses incurred by us due to a cancellation for any reason.
  • You are required to call Faretrolley if you have any issues during check-in or check-out.

PAYMENT, TAXES, AND FEES

In addition to facilitating the hotel booking, your credit or debit card will be charged with additional taxes and fees. The taxes and fee levied include the approximate amount which is required to recover the amount which is paid to the hotel to confirm your booking and includes the taxes which are owed by the hotel as without any limitations to the sales tax, occupancy tax, occupancy tax, room tax, excise tax, value-added tax etc.. Some destinations levy a government-imposed tax which is not directly paid to the authorities but must be collected by the hotel and it varies from the amount we charge you with. The remaining balance of taxes and fees is retained by us as compensation for servicing you.

For any new reservation, Faretrolley charges booking service fees - up to $35 depending upon hotel category.

For any kind of changes or cancellations or refunds of a hotel reservation, Faretrolley service fee will remain non-refundable in addition to any charges levied by the hotel as a penalty fee for cancellation.

Faretrolley is not a vendor which collects or remits the taxes which is applicable on any of the taxing authorities. The hotel suppliers enlisted with us act as vendors and include all the taxes that are billed to us and the same is paid over to them directly. We are not their co-vendors or are associated with them just because we reserve your travel arrangements with them. All the taxability and the tax rate that we levy vary depending upon the location. For any transactions that involve hotels located in a certain jurisdiction, your debit or credit card will be charged with payment of taxes which is required to be collected and remitted to the particular jurisdiction’s as taxes owed on the amounts that are retained for the services we provided to you.Any currency conversion is based on the approximate exchange rates while making the booking and can be used for an approximate guide and not exact amount. The rates are approximate base room charges. Particular hotels collect payment on per night room tax, resort fees, and cleaning fees, and they can be accessed regularly by the guest. They collect incidentals including meals, movies, games, wet bar, parking, and phone calls.

HOTEL COMPONENT POLICIES

Under Faretrolley Hotel Terms & Conditions, we have included various rules and restrictions that may apply to your hotel bookings:

The hotel property chosen by you cannot be changed. Although, the room category may vary in certain circumstances. You may reach out to our travel experts to know more about such changes.

In some cases, after the booking is confirmed, your reservation might be non-refundable. To know more, read the hotel cancellation policy before you make the hotel bookings.

You are solely responsible to pay for any hotel incidentals at the hotel. These incidental charges may include telephone access, internet access, resort fee, parking fee, and room service. The services requested by you at the hotel, and availing them are at your discretion. Faretrolley will not take any responsibilities for the same.

The hotel authorities may require you to present a valid credit or a debit card at the check-in desk. It may be required to confirm authorized use of the card or for additional services you may avail of. The listed cardholder must be a traveler on the listed bookings.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL(s)

When you are flying internationally, please know that the provisions of the Montreal Convention & the Warsaw Convention might be applicable on your journey within the countries of departure and destination. The Conventions also limits your liability on the air carriers to passengers for death or any kind of personal injury.

Passengers are responsible to make sure that they meet every requirement needed for the foreign entry which should also include their travel documents: passports and visas (transit, business, tourist and otherwise), are presented to the government as and when asked for. Any kind of foreign entry requirements is to be met by you as a traveler and we cannot be held liable if you fail to accomplish those requirements. We also urge you to go through all the prohibitions, warnings, announcement, and advisory issued by the government of your destination country/ city before making the booking with us.

VISA AND PASSPORT

You should consult the relevant Embassy for every information visas and passport requirements before your travel. The requirements that are suggested by us may change at any time and you must ask the embassy regarding the updates information before you make the bookings with us.
We, at Faretrolley, cannot be held liable if you as a passenger are not allowed to enter the flight due to failure of carrying the correct passport, visa, or any other predefined required travel documents. At any point, you might be asked for these documents by the airline, authority, or country, including countries the transit ones. This also additionally includes all/ any stop that the aircraft makes even if you don't leave the airport premises.

HEALTH

We highly recommend you to check on the vaccinations which are required to travel to a particular country. These vaccinations may change at any time and you must consult a doctor before your departure to the destination country. You must make sure that you adhere by all the health requirements and take the prerequisite vaccinations, medication, and follow the required medical procedure of your trip.

DISINFECTION

Most of the countries have the right to disinfect the aircraft in case they doubt a perceived public health or environment threat. These disinfectants are approved by The World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization and includes:

(1) spraying an aerosolized insecticide in the aircraft while the passengers are on board or
(2) Before the boarding, treat aircraft's interior surfaces with a residual insecticide.

When Faretrolley offers a booking or travel services for a particular international destination, we do not represent or give any kind of guarantee that traveling to that area is advisable or includes no kind of risk. Hence, we are not liable for any damage or loss that may result in traveling to that particular destination.

AIRLINE BAGGAGE POLICIES

Every airline has a different set of policies with their baggage allowance, fees, and restrictions. The policies mentioned differ from airline to airline. We, at Faretrolley, try our best that the displayed baggage allowance is following the current baggage information according to the airline's allowance; however, we cannot confirm the same. Hence, we recommend that you must check the airline's website and verify it before your scheduled departure. Also, the baggage fee is not included in the trip cost.

CHECK-IN

Every airline provider follows different check-in rules and procedure. You are requested to verify the check-in requirements before you book the flight. We recommend that you follow the given schedule for check-in:

-Domestic flights: Min 90 minutes before the departure
-International flights: Min 3 hours before the departure

AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGE

There might be times when there are changes in the flight schedule (including any cancellations) that have occurred for various reasons which include - bad weather, mechanical or crew issues or civil unrest. Such change in the schedule includes the change to original flight from a direct non-stop itinerary to include a stop(s) which was not there initially and/or connecting flight(s) to the final destination. Please note that all the scheduled changes are initiated from the airline directly and we hold no responsibility/ liability concerning the same.

In case the scheduled changes include any cancellation, we will notify our customers of any changes by calling and/or emailing them and our agents will assist you with the next best available options depending upon the airline guidelines of the airline. There are cases when the airline does not provide us the information in advance regarding the change or cancellation in the flight schedule. For this reason, it is your responsibility to confirm the flight schedule directly with the airline 72-hours before your departure. This is to protect you against any potentially missed flights.

In the situation of a schedule change, the airline governs the available recourse to you and is the final authority responsible to provide you an alternative flight option. After you have checked-in for your flight, the airline is responsible for your booking, therefore, any cancellations, delays and/or schedule changes after check-ins is their responsibility. Also, any requirements for rebooking your flight to your final destination are held by the airline. We can only assist you to guide you with the correct procedure.

If you don’t find out about the change in the departure schedule, or any cancellations until 24 hours before departure or you’re already at the airport or between the flights, Faretrolley advises you to coordinate directly with the airline staff and know your options for alternative flights. In such a case, the airline is a better source to give you an efficient solution. Please note - in cases like bad weather, your options are limited.

OVERBOOKING OF FLIGHTS

Some of the airline flights sometimes may be overbooked, and on an off chance, a confirmed seat is not available. In such a case, usually, all the airlines have a different set of rules. These are mentioned in the airline’s contract of carriage. To know more, reach out to us for details or the airline for further details.

PRICES

The prices displayed on our Website are subject to change without any prior notice. The displayed/ offered fare is only guaranteed to once you have purchased the tickets and it has been issued to you by us. Airlines or other Service Providers may change their prices at any time without informing in advance.

After submitting your payment details, you will be receiving a 'Booking Confirmation' from Faretrolley. Your 'Booking Confirmation' is detail about your travel itinerary and includes a booking reference before the purchase has been completed and issuance of the ticket. If you do not receive it, then it implies that the booking is not complete and the fare may change until we issue a ticket.

In case of a price change, we will notify you regarding the increased price before booking the tickets and under no circumstances, the fare charged will increase/ change after your travel booking has been issued.

Prices displayed on our website are in USD ($).

Faretrolley has the right to cancel a Booking which has been accepted as a booking in case the full payment is not received in a timely fashion.

The amount specified on the date of ticket issuance is applicable only for a ticket which has been fully utilized and in the sequential order of flight segments as mentioned. Any improper use of the tickets may result in cancellation of the trip.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All the Bookings on Faretrolley are non-refundable, if not stated otherwise. If you cancel your bookings, you are required to contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the further process. However, if your cancellation is refundable, it may be subject to an administrative cancellation fee as mentioned in our Post-ticketing Fee plus additional fees charged by the Airlines or any other Travel Service Provider.

Based on the airline's rules, you may cancel your booking in the US within 4-hours of making the booking and you will be eligible to receive the full amount which will be returned to your credit card. Please note: Some of the booked airfares are not eligible for a 4-hour refund policy. To know if your airfare is eligible for 4-hours refund, please contact us. Some of the US airlines require bookings to be made at least a week before the flight's departure to be eligible to receive a refund.

CONTACT CENTER BOOKING SERVICE FEE

When you book a trip with our contact center which includes a complex multi/ stop or roundtrip booking, Faretrolley agents may levy a service fee which is higher than the taxes and fees mentioned for our online bookings. This service fee may range from $10 to $200 per passenger.

Please Note: Service fee is a price which is included in our taxes and YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE AS QUOTED REGARDLESS OF ANY CHANGES. We highly recommend to carefully review the final booking amount before paying the final booking amount.

CHANGE FEES

There may be additional fees and/ or difference of the fare by the supplier (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.) which will be added to the total cost of your booking.

Once the booking has been made by us on your behalf, any name change on the travel documents including the ticket is not permitted. If you need to change/ correct the spellings of a name after you’ve made a booking, you are likely to incur an additional fee or penalty. You can read more about this in our Taxes & Fees document. But it is advised that you verify all the spelling/ names of the passengers before you confirm the booking.

PAYMENT AND FLIGHT INFORMATION WITH CONFIRMATION

Credit card companies usually charge a particular fee when you make an international transaction.

This fee reflects on your statement as an 'International Transaction' fee. The amount charged reflects on your credit card statement and maybe in your local currency. SPECIAL REQUEST: SEATS, MEALS AND FREQUENT FLYER

In case of a special request are made for specific seats, a meal, frequent flyer miles, etc. the same will be considered as a 'request' only and we as a service provider are not liable to ensure that the same is issued to you. The airline carrier exclusively holds the right to make any changes to the allocated seat without giving any advance notification. All the requests made by us should be confirmed with the airline by you and we hold no guarantee that you will be assigned the seats raised a request for. We also cannot promise that your meal, frequent flyer or any other special request will be confirmed or provided by the airline. It is your responsibility to contact the airline after you make the booking with us.

SUITABILITY OF TRAVEL SERVICES

On Faretrolley, a variety of travel services are offered to the customer. However, we do not guarantee that any of these travel services are suitable for the customer.

You also agree that any claims concerning the travel services do not bind us in any manner. These services are detailed on our website.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

An accompanied minor cannot make a direct reservation on Faretrolley. We consider an individual below 16 years of age to be a minor. All the airline policies for the minor are different and a few airlines do not allow minors to fly without any adult supervision. Some airlines allow unaccompanied minors but have different policies for them and allow them to travel on non-stop flights only. A few airlines need you to pay an additional fee at the check-in for an unaccompanied minor. For more details, get in touch with the airline and verify the rules and restrictions for the same.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS

You can dispute the charges levied on your ticket with the credit card company. If you have any queries regarding a particular charge on your credit card statement, we request you to call Faretrolley before beginning a disputed charge claim with the credit card company. We will revert you with a resolution for your issues about the charges applied. Faretrolley holds the right to dispute chargeback that we think is incorrectly disputed. Faretrolley can cancel your travel booking in such an event.

When you make a booking with us, as your authorized Service Provider, you also accept and agree to the cancellation policy. Please note that any special offers or discounts which are published on the website are not eligible for any cancellation requests. We can levy a certain chargeback in a scenario where there is an improper dispute charged and have the right to investigate/ deny any chargeback claims to recover the cost from you.

To make sure that this is done with certainty, we may use information which includes the call recordings of our service call, to dispute chargeback claims from you.

CRUISE PRICING INFORMATION

Prices listed are per person, based on double occupancy, in US dollars and exclude government fees, taxes, port expenses, and airfare (unless stated otherwise). A non-refundable $35* processing fee per booking applies, and it is not included in the price. The cruise line has the right to add a fuel supplement, which is not included in the advertised price and would be payable before departure. Special rate passengers must present a government-issued ID (passport or birth certificate & driver's license) to validate residency or age before boarding. The site strives to display information accurately but is not responsible for errors or omissions in pricing and content. Exact prices vary based on departure date, departure city, ship, and stateroom. Offers and upgrades are subject to availability, are limited, and may be withdrawn at any time. If there is a running coupon code or promotion, it is only applicable to the Faretrolley service charge of $35. They apply to specific dates, ships, sailings, and stateroom categories. Credit card reservations by phone are possible but may be subject to restrictions and conversions to US dollars. Upgrades are capacity-controlled and may not be combined with other offers or group rates. All information is subject to change without notice.

CRUISE REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Refundable Rates apply to the cruise deposit fare and must be paid before the deadline (as per the below-mentioned table). The deposit does not include processing fees. This offer does not apply to chartered sailings or contracted group bookings. Contact Faretrolley to change or cancel cruise bookings, not the Cruise Supplier. Some or all components of the cruise may be non-refundable. Changes to the number of travelers in the booked cruise package are not allowed after the booking is complete. The Faretrolley service fee and the Cruise Supplier cancellation fee are charged to cancel a cruise package unless specified otherwise. No changes are allowed after the trip commences.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Inform our Cruise Experts over the phone or email them at support@faretrolley.com if traveling with an infant, for special meals, medical conditions, etc. need to be communicated. Our Cruise Experts are available to discuss your needs and answer all your queries about your requirements. They will convey your special requirements directly to the cruise line.

Our Website, Faretrolley.com, and its software along with its design, graphics, layout, and published content are owned or licensed solely by Faretrolley. As a user/ visitor of Faretrolley, we permit you to only view, use and electronically go through the content via a browser. We or our suppliers or any distributor hold no liability for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind that may be levied upon you under any circumstances. Under no conditions, our or our supplier's responsibility to pay you exceeds the total charges mentioned in the itinerary booked by you. Any claim or a cause of action that may arise from, or relate to access and use of our website, or purchase of services - the issue must be raised within 6 months from the date of purchase or/ and the transaction was taken place on our website.

We at Faretrolley act as an agent for travel-related services and promote or sell and accept Bookings for our suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise, etc. and neither are our employees responsible for any damages to the maximum extent according to the law in connection with your inability to access the Website or services offered or sold on our Website.

You waive off any ‘moral rights’ in your Submissions and agree that you won't have an objection with us publishing, using, modifying, deleting your Submissions. Faretrolley is not liable for the Submissions submitted by you. As stated above, we do not have an obligation to post your comments and have the right to determine what to publish on Faretrolley.
